How this works
The number out of 100 is shorthand for file quality.
- The score summarizes delivery, structure, sampled links and discovery checks.
- A pass counts fully and a warning counts half. It is not a ranking score.
- Link checks sample at most 12 addresses. The tool does not claim to crawl the whole site.
Limitations
This is not a full-site crawl.
- llms.txt is an experimental convention. A clean file does not mean an AI answer will cite you.
- The homepage alternate link and llms-full.txt are discovery signals, not a promise of a formal standard requirement.
- Private-network and metadata addresses are rejected. Use a public site URL.
Data approach
Submitted addresses are not stored to build a persistent user profile.
A URL check sends a server-side request to the target site. Do not submit local-network, metadata, authenticated or private addresses.
